Cancellation and Refund Policy – ​​Familia Tango Show

By confirming a reservation on our enabled platforms, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in our cancellation and refund policies

1. Cancellations

cancellations must be requested with a minimum of 12 hours in advance of show time. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

2.  How to cancel a reservation?

To cancel your reservation, you must send an email to info@familiatangoshow.com indicating:

- Name of the reservation holder
- Identification number (ID)
- email

3. No show on the day of the show
If you do not show up on the day of the show, you can reschedule your attendance on another date however you cannot request a refund.

4. Refund policy
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process from the time the refund is approved.

5. Modifications to the reservation
Changes to existing reservations may and can be requested, subject to availability and possible additional charges, up to the day of the show.

6. Policy update
Familia Tango Show reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time and without prior notice.

7. Transportation policy
If you are not present at pick up time , the transportation will not return, no refunds will be issued, and you must find your way to the show by your own means.
